The following image shows the internal and external relationship dynamics adopted by the Petrogas-SE Network. This model follows a new organizational paradigm that privileges the principles of participative management, command decentralization (situational leadership), the connectivity strengthening among its members and the enlargement and boosting of its relations with other networks, local and national.
Decision-making Instances:
1st Instance – “General Assembly”: deliberation
2nd Instance – Management councils or workgroups: little assemblies created to deal with specific matters. Composed by a minimal determined number of members, they are specialized work areas, by theme or process, which are constituted or dismantled when their objectives are achieved.
3rd Instance – Executive Secretariat: its objective is to facilitate and streamline the Network’s operations, not having any political centrality. The Executive Secretariat is composed by the SEBRAE Oil and Gas Convention managers and by Petrobras.
