Workgroup – Technology and Innovation

 

Objective: To mobilize and arouse companies and research centers into innovation, as well as developing access mechanisms to technology, having “knowing” and “doing” brought together.

 

Strategic Focus:

1. Identify innovation opportunities;

2. Promote the mobilization and qualification of companies for the search and usage of those opportunities;

3. Stimulate partnerships between universities and companies, through the availability of lab structures for the companies;

4. Cooperation for innovation;

5. Create a tech support network (metrology, labs);

6. Magnify the number of innovation projects through the participation in notices.

Workgroup – Qualification

 

Objective: Stimulate the development of technical, management, entrepreneurial and cooperation skills along with companies and institutions of the Petrogas-SE network.

 

Strategic Focus:

- Improvement of workforce quality;

- Improvement of company quality and productivity;

- Development of a cooperation-wise culture;

- Mobilization and awareness to the environmental and social responsibility issues.

Workgroup – Internationalization

Objective: Prepare companies in the Petrogas Network to compete in the external market through the availability of information, qualification and the advertisement of external market access.

 

Strategic Focus:

- Import/Export process knowledge;

- Demand prospection, having the Petrobras and foreign units as the main focus;

- Identification of companies with export potential;

- Qualification

- Participation in Fairs and International Missions.
